Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping with JEOnline LTD (trading as JEX and JEXpress). We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of receiving it, provided the items are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must meet the following conditions:
✅ Unused & in original condition – The product must not show signs of wear, damage, or use.
✅ Original packaging – Items must be returned in their original boxes or packaging, including tags and labels.
✅ Returned within 30 days – The return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

⚠ Non-Returnable Items:

  • Perishable goods (if applicable)
  • Personalised/custom-made products
  • Items without original packaging or tags

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us – Email us at support@thejexshop.com
  2. Pack & Ship – Securely package the item(s) and ship them back to us using a tracked service.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
  • Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent).

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
